Rudolf Krcma was born 1949 in Vienna, Austria. Completed his degree in Chemistry at the University of Vienna. From 1980 to 2004 various international functions at Hewlett-Packard (Application Consulting, Marketing and Sales, Quality- and Knowledge Management, Organizational Development, Member of the Country Management Team).

Design and execution of cross functional change programs, key account development, personal development, programs for customer relations and management development.

Founder and owner of the Wirkstatt since 2005; business consultant, trainer, moderator, coach.

Founder and associate of Workswell OG since 2011.
