“Wirkstatt” is the concept and the symbol for impact-oriented development. It is a space for people who invest in processes of change and maturation only after they have found a clear answer to the fundamental question: What shall be different after the investment, what will be better then?

That is why we always start our work asking ourselves “Where do we stand” and “Where do we want to arrive?” Not easy, but necessary. As soon as starting point and target are clear – and not before! – we initiate the journey. A journey that requires endurance. But: Development should be experienced with joy. That is why joyful experiments and playful experience are substantial to the concept of Wirkstatt – as the basis for sustained progress.
